If exporting the wallpaper background, turn off the visibility of the 'Safe Text Area' layer and the '300x600' Tall Big Box.

Click File » Export » Artboards to Files

3.1 Select the destination folder
3.2 Choose the file type: JPEG
3.3 Set the optimized quality to 8.
3.4 Click 'Run'

Next:

Turn off the visibility for the wallpaper and turn on the visibility for the 300x600 Tall Big Box. 

This exporting process will automatically crop the JPG files to the specified dimensions.
